And now for something completely different.
I've been trying to draw non-Pokemon things for a while and ended up focusing on poses. And what's better for poses than bending? I like the movement in the pose, but can't draw feet to save my life.
This is an odd style for me - no lines. I had some when I started, but dropped them with the intention of adding lines on top when I was done with colour, but I like it without.

... The lineless style is really quite impressive, it definitly suits something like water bending, and you chose the right stuff to use for your pose practise.
Although, the face looks quite empty. You can't tell she has cheeks, a gentle shadow on one side of her cheek would probably help show her face isn't a tray. And you forgot to shade the hair, but shaded everything else (hair needs shading to, don't forget that!

You do some really great water effects, some of the best I've seen (and I've seen some epic water effects) and your clouds are still all shades of awesome.
